February Favourites

Hi everyone,
I cannot believe it’s already March! Where is the time going? Im just so glad spring is here and the evenings are brighter as summer is fast approaching.
Today i thought I’d do a ‘February Favourites’ post and give you a list of a few things I was loving throughout February.

Starting off with one of my all time favourite makeup palettes. This palette has been around for quite a while now but it’s still one of my faves. It’s the Naked On the run Palette. I first bought this 2 years ago and recently bought another one because I had used up pretty much all the products in the first one. I bought mine for €44 in House of Fraser. I simply love this palette because there is basically all you need in it to create the perfect day or night time look. It’s a great size for travelling and saves having to bring lots of different products as this has everything packed in one. It contains a blusher, bronzer, highlighter, 5 eye shadows, a mascara, eyeliner pencil and a lipgloss. I use this palette so much and especially when travelling it’s so handy to bring it also has a great sized mirror to achieve that perfect smokey eye.

Next is my sosu contour palette. I bought this contour palette simply because I had heard so much good things about it so I thought I’d give it a try. I bought mine for €29.99 in McCabes pharmacy. I literally love it so much it’s so handy to bring with me in my bag and it gives a great colour to the skin. I find this is really long lasting on the skin and doesn’t smudge or fade throughout the day/night. It’s super simple to blend as it’s such a nice creamy product and with the setting powder included it’s definitely great value for much. Also in the contour kit is a highlighter so for the price you get a contour shade, a highlighter, concealer and setting powder. I wouldn’t be without this palette.

I always use a primer before applying my makeup. For a couple of months now I have been using the BRYT calm serum as a primer because it just sits so well on my skin. It keeps my makeup in place and also gives my skins a gorgeous, soft, fresh feeling. I use it so much I’m onto my second bottle because I just don’t want to run of it. It’s a must have. I stock up on my calm serum from McCabes pharmacy and it costs €24.50 for a 30ml bottle. My first bottle lasted me almost 4 months and that’s with applying makeup almost everyday.

As some of you may know I am a #coconutqueen for coconutlane. They sell a range of beautiful products from phone cases to wall art, everything is so pretty and some is even marble which is one of my favourite designs. I recently got a notebook and phone case from their website and I’m literally obsessed. If you haven’t already check out their website http://www.coconut-lane.com and also you can receive a 20% discount at the checkout by using my code ciaraglynn20

Last but by no means least is the silk miracle essence from Kathleen UK. I have recently started using this every night before going to bed after I have taken off my makeup. I apply 2-3 pumps to my skin and work it from the top of my head right down to my neck. It leaves my skin feeling so fresh and soft the next morning. It gives my skin a nice fresh glow to it and also smells amazing. It’s currently available on the website http://www.kathleennatural.co.uk at the price of £58.80 for a 100ml bottle.

That’s just a few of my February favourites I hope you all enjoyed today’s post and let me know what products your currently loving!!

Much Love,

Ooh I like the Sosu contour package. Although we do not have a McCabe’s pharmacy near us. I’m sure I could find it online. Nice photos and good tips on how to do makeup. I like your site very interesting, versatile and pretty. Thanks for sharing. – bel
