My Updated Skincare Routine – Reform Skincare

Hello Everyone

I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend. For today’s post I wanted to share with you 2 skincare products I have recently been obsessed with. I love to keep my skin looking its best so trying out new products to keep my skin at its best is what I always do. My skincare routine is constantly changing, for the better of course.

Recently I was sent some products from Reform Skincare which is a brand I had not used before until now. The products I received where the Glycolic Acid Foaming Cleanser and the Hyal Vitamin C+E Serum.

The Glycolic Acid Foaming Cleanser is a dream. I use this daily after I have removed my makeup. I have recently been using the Penneys Makeup remover wipes (yes I know i hate using makeup wipes BUT…) I find that by applying the Cleanser after it removes any access makeup and doesn’t leave my skin feeling as dry or irritated like makeup wipes usually do. This cleanser can be used daily to cleanse, exfoliate and improve skin texture. It is also suitable for all skin types. If you have been following me for a while now you will know i have really sensitive skin but I’ve had no reactions or irritation from using this product.

To use this product I normally apply a generous amount into the palm of my hand and then massage onto my face in circular motions. I then rinse it off with some warm water and using a face cloth I pat my skin dry.

Now this brand of skincare is a bit more on the expensive side. This Cleanser can be bought Here for €28.99 which I know is not in everyone’s budget but from my experience it has helped to clear up my skin a lot and leaves it feeling really soft and refreshed.

Moving onto the Hyal Vitamin C+E Serum (which is probably my favourite product out of the 2 if I’m being honest) this serum fights free radicals, brightens and evens skin tone and is also super antioxidant.

A little bit goes a long way with this product for sure. Using the dropper I normally apply about 4/5 drops of the product onto my face after I have used the Cleanser (and waited for my face to completely dry)

I normally apply this at night time just before I hop into bed so it is the last thing I use at night. This products has definitely helped reduce the redness in my skin and has also kept my skin looking great for the past 6 weeks of using it!

I find I have had less breakouts on my face since I’ve began using these products and I definitely feel such a difference once I have put on the serum. At first it makes my skin feel quite tight but after a minute or two my skin feels so smooth and even looks more alive almost instantly. As I said I like to use this at night time as I find it can then work on my skin overnight so it’s prefect the next morning.

As I did mention earlier this brand is quite expensive and won’t be in everyone’s budget which is totally understandable. This serum can be bought Here for €80 which in my opinion is a little steep for a tiny bottle of 30ml but it does do a great job on the skin and I’ve been using mine every night for about 6 weeks now and I’m not even half way through the bottle.

I definitely would recommend looking into this skincare brand if you haven’t before as the cater for all types of skin and have a HUGE range of skincare products etc which I definitely will pick some other things up from the range to try out.

That’s it for today
